About The Pecan St 5K
This event starts and finishes at Pecan St Brewery and runs the streets of Johnson City. The route is very walker friendly! Once you’re done running, hit the serving area to collect your souvenir pint glass and enjoy up to four 8-oz. tastings of Pecan St beer!
What you get for the buck:
Your entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-oz tastings of Pecan Street’s finest, an official performance fabric race T-shirt, and a well-marked and supported course. Also:
- Free race photos available online after the race
- Food trucks available for anyone wishing to purchase tasty food after the run!
- The chance to win a competitive award OR a prize in our random drawings!
- Strollers welcome!
- $55 through May 3
- $60 through May 20

- $70 on race day

Top male and female overall and master (40 and up) winners will receive custom awards designed just for beer lovers! Custom awards also go to the top three male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. YOU WILL LOVE THESE AWARDS. We will hold a random drawing for souvenir awards AFTER the competitive award ceremony.
Packet Pick Up
- Friday June 2nd at Pecan Street Brewing from 4-7PM
- And race day at Pecan Street Brewing from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Parking is available first come first serve at the courthouse adjacent to the Brewery. Much more safe and legal parking is available near the brewery.
