About this Event
This one-of-a-kind event starts and finishes at the beautiful Wildseed Farms in Fredericksburg, Texas. The 5k loop winds along flat, well maintained, very gentle, non-technical dirt trail through the fields of Wildseed Farms, along with a scenic stretch beside the Pedernales River. The 10k will cover the loop twice. At the finish line, enjoy a post-race champagne brunch, free massages, great music and shopping in the awesome Blossoms Boutique and Lantana Nursery. As a race participant, you’ll get to see parts of the farm that are not open to the general public. The 5k course features 2 aid stations, with four stops for 10k participants. The race benefits Fredericksburg VFW, a non-profit serving military veterans. All runners receive a technical shirt and post-race champagne brunch, craft beer, free massages and great live music on the Wildseed Farms stage.
Pricing
- 10K- $60 through 4-11, $70 through 4-27, $75 after that and $80 on race day.
- 5K– $55 through 4-11, $65 through 4-27, $70 after that and $75 on race day.
Awards for 5K and 10K
All finishers receive a finisher award!
Competitive awards go to the 1st place Overall and Master, and to the top 3 finishers in each age group, in 5-year increments (19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & Up).

Start and finish and run entirely on Wildseed Farms, 100 Legacy Drive, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624.
The Menu
We offer an inclusive champagne “brunch” with one menu item from 2 food trucks to choose from, a BBQ truck and one gourmet taco truck. This is included with your entry – you will find a meal ticket on your bib. Redeem this at either food truck when you’re ready to eat after the race.
GUEST MEAL TICKETS AVAILABLE! Additional meal tickets are available for runner guests! Guest tickets include one meal from either food truck, along with champagne, mimosas, craft beer, bottled water and sports drink, all for $15 per ticket. Click here to purchase guest tickets online in advance (a limited number of guest tickets will be available for purchase race day at packet pickup; advance purchase is recommended).

- Race day packet pick up will be at Wildseed Farms’ South Plaza from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
