About the Hound Song Brewing Co 5K Beer Run
This beer run starts and finishes at the beautiful Hound Song Brewing Co. in downtown Columbus and runs over the Colorado River and through historic Columbus. Once you’re done running, hit the tasting room to collect your souvenir finisher pint glass and enjoy up to four 8-oz tastings OR 2 pints.

What you get for the buck:
Your entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-oz tastings of Hound Song’s finest, an official race performance fabric shirt, and a well-marked and supported course. Cool awards just for beer lovers go to those who run fast enough (or are lucky enough to win one of our random drawings after the award ceremony!). Also:
- Free race photos available online after the race!
- Food trucks available for anyone wishing to purchase tasty food after the run!
- Stroller friendly course!
- Dog friendly! (must obey leash laws and pick up after fifi or fido)

Awards
Top overall male and female and top overall master male and female (40 and up) will receive unique awards especially for beer lovers! Custom awards also go to the top three male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. YOU WILL LOVE THESE AWARDS. We will hold a random drawing for souvenir awards AFTER the competitive award ceremony.
Packet Pickup
- Hound Song Brewing Co on Friday race week from 4-7 p.m.
- Race day from 6:30 – 8 a.m. at the brewery
Parking
It’s free and there’s plenty of it. Follow volunteer instructions for brewery parking.
