About the Rough Diamond Brewing Co. 5K Beer Run
This beer run starts and finishes at the beautiful Rough Diamond Brewing Co. Once you’re done running, hit the tasting room to collect your souvenir finisher pint glass and enjoy up to four 8-oz tastings.
What you get for the buck:
Your entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-oz tastings of Rough Diamond’s finest, an official race performance fabric shirt, and a well-marked and supported course. Cool awards just for beer lovers go to those who run fast enough (or are lucky enough to win one of our random drawings after the award ceremony!). Also:
- Free race photos available online after the race!
- Food trucks available for anyone wishing to purchase tasty food after the run!
- Stroller friendly course!
- Dog friendly! (must obey leash laws and pick up after fifi or fido)

The Course
The course runs south through rural farm roads and back to the brewery. One aid station at the 1.5 mile point will be manned by our non-profit beneficiary with volunteers serving water and sports drink. Water and sports drink also available at the finish line.
Awards
Top overall male and female and top overall master male and female (40 and up) will receive unique awards especially for beer lovers! Custom awards also go to the top three male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. YOU WILL LOVE THESE AWARDS. We will hold a random drawing for souvenir awards AFTER the competitive award ceremony.
Packet Pickup
- Rough Diamond Brewery on Friday May 27 from 4-7 p.m.
- Race day from 6:30 – 8 a.m. at the brewery
Parking
It’s free and there’s plenty of it. Follow volunteer instructions for brewery parking.
