About this Event
The course for this chip timed race runs through heavily wooded, shady, dirt trails. Almost the entire race is in the shade of oak trees. The trails can be very rocky and uneven in places, as well as low branches so paying attention is critical. Trails are marked with flour on the ground, orange tape and directional arrow signs. All runners receive post race breakfast tacos, Zorrel tech shirt in men’s and women’s sizes, refreshments, and cerveza (for those of age), as part of your entry. Age group and overall awards are given in 10 yr increments.
Kid’s 1K Trail Run
8:15 AM Start. The kiddos can get their sweat on with the Kid’s 1K which will start immediately after the 10K. It will be on trail and a little bit of pavement. Kids get an award, a shirt, food and juice.
Packet Pick Up
Packet pick up will be held at Run On! on Stone Oak from 2PM until 6PM on Friday Aug 24th and 10AM – 6PM Sat Aug 25th. Race day packet pick up is available from 6:30AM- 7:45AM at the event.

Military, Fire, and Police Discount: $5 discount via mail-in and race day entry only. Submit copy of ID and be prepared to show ID on race day.
